Hello I am Tyler.
I am taking the class Digital Image and Design, but I wanted to take Digital Photography.
I'm taking this art course because I wanted to challenge myself in a different way then before. I've never been interested in any type of art class before because I am bad at drawing, painting, and sculpting. I've always been interested in photography and other types of work with cameras like film. I think that if I was able to challenge my capabilities in as an artist it could give me new found confidence in my artistic abilities.
For a while I have wanted to attend an art school after I graduate from Highschool but I wasn't sure which path I could take. If it turns out I have some kind of skill in the art of Digital Photography, I may find it entertaining to follow that path into artschool. Right now It is only a hobby.
When I was younger I like abstract art because I thought that no matter what approach I took to the task it could not neccesarily screw up. I liked the idea of It meaning whatever I wanted it to mean and it also meaning what ever the veiwer and apretiator of the art wanted it to mean. Right now I'm interested in landscape, portrait, and animal photography.
